Training conditions

Principles

Atlético Erlangen tries to help limit the spread of the virus. For this purpose, these rules and hygiene regulations are drawn up, compliance with which is very important to us.

All coaches, co-coaches and players are instructed in the requirements for training operations, the measures of the club and the responsible handling of them.

Common sense should guide us together in the successful implementation of these measures.

No active person may enter the club premises if the person or a person from the home environment has specific symptoms. In this case, the responsible contact person in the club (trainer, co trainer, hygiene officer or a board member) must be informed promptly.

Active persons include every person (trainer, supervisor, player, etc.) who takes part in training or game operations.

Before each training session, the trainer / supervisor will keep an attendance list and ask the active person about freedom from symptoms. These lists are to be kept by the respective trainer for four weeks. If there are no cases of illness or there are no official inquiries, the lists will be destroyed after this period.

Before taking part in training and game operations, every active person must sign the one-off statement of possible belonging to a risk group. Furthermore, compliance with the rules and hygiene regulations of Atletico Erlangen must be confirmed by acknowledging these rules.

Hygiene measures

  • The possibility of hand disinfection is created. Each participant uses it before and after the training.
  • There are no physical greeting rituals, of course no clapping, hugging and cheering together.
  • If possible, avoid spitting on the court and blowing your nose on the floor.
  • A distance of at least 1.5 to 2 meters during speeches and training exercises must be maintained.
  • The training material required is limited to the essentials. Balls and training poles are disinfected if possible before the training session and provided on the court.
  • Each time the training material is used, it must be disinfected again, even during the training.
  • Goalkeeper gloves must be disinfected repeatedly during training. The goalkeepers should avoid touching their faces with gloves and never moisten the gloves with saliva!
  • After training, the training materials used are disinfected as far as possible and kept inaccessible to unauthorized persons.

Training operation

  • To avoid traffic jams or people gathering, the occupancy of the training area is planned with a time delay.
  • The use of changing rooms, toilets and shower rooms is not permitted.
  • There is no use of social and community rooms at the sports facilities. Entering the building is permitted in order to remove or reset the sports equipment that is mandatory for the respective sport.
  • Unfortunately, visitors are not welcome.

Training rules

  • All training offers are carried out as an outdoor activity, since the risk of infection is reduced by the permanent air exchange.
  • Maintaining the minimum distance between two people of at least 1.5 meters!
  • Camisoles are given to each player before training and are not given to others during training. After the training, each participant places “his” camisole in a sack provided for this purpose.
  • Everyone should bring their own drink and make sure that there is no confusion.
  • The formation of small groups during training (up to five people including a trainer / supervisor, no change of groups allowed during training), which ideally always come together in the same composition, makes it easier to comply with the distance rules and in If there is a risk of infection, only a smaller group is affected.
  • A trainer / co-trainer is responsible for his small group (up to five people including trainer / supervisor).
  • A maximum of two small groups can train on one (regular) sports field half.
  • A sports field is occupied by a maximum of four small groups.
  • Only exercises without an opponent are permitted, provided the minimum distance is observed.
  • The training must be designed without contact, e.g. especially no duels are trained.
  • The players move the balls on the court only with their feet.
  • Throws are not part of the training forms.
  • Headers are not used in training.

Arrival and departure

  • The participants travel on foot, by bike or in private cars, if possible, individually in sports clothing. Carpools should be avoided. Unless the participants live in the same household (e.g. flat share)
  • Arrival at the sports area at the earliest ten minutes before the start of the training.
  • All participants have already moved to the sports grounds or have to change directly on the court or in the changing area assigned to them.
  • Accompanying persons should preferably not attend the training. Otherwise, attention must be paid to compliance with the distance rules.
  • The individual training groups finish their training with a time delay, change in the changing area and leave the sports area. Showering takes place at home.

NOTE: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES CAN RESULT IN AN EXCLUSION FROM TRAINING!

Risk Groups

We recommend that if you belong to a risk group, you should refrain from participating in the team’s training and game operations. Individual training measures are possible. Risk groups are in particular:

Elderly people (including residents of nursing homes, outpatients in need of care)
People with previous illnesses (e.g. cardiovascular, lung, cancer, diabetes)
People with a weakened immune system (e.g. by taking immunosuppressive drugs

Participation in training and game operations is not permitted if COVID shows typical symptoms such as cough, high temperature or fever, shortness of breath, loss of smell / taste, runny nose, sore throat, headache and body aches, general weakness. In these cases, please seek medical advice and inform your trainer.

The same procedure applies if there are symptoms in other people’s own household. If there is a positive test for the corona virus (COVID-19) in your own household, the active person must be taken out of training for 14 days.
